Came for my boyfriends didn’t know what to expect, but I was very, very pleasantly surprised. The food was so good coffee was outstanding. We had to order pretty much all of it. Service was amazing we were greeted by Connor who was just a delight to speak with. I highly highly recommend you check this place out!

The neighbor immediately became our new favorite coffee shop for Collins. Not just because the “ambience” is fantastic, but more importantly because they serve high-quality coffee that is brewed to perfection, delicious food made in House, and fresh local pastries better fantastic. The owner is almost always there and remembers most of his return customers names. It’s incredibly friendly and a pleasant place to enjoy a drink and just hang out. Absolutely awesome.

I LOVE the neighbor! Staff is great, coffee is exceptional, and the breakfast burritos—. Just so good! Not to mention great cocktails if you visit in the evening. Love walking in a being greeted with friendly faces.

This place is incredible. The hospitality is unmatched, the atmosphere is so invited and more of a comfortable urban experience, and their drinks are phenomenal! I recommend trying their raspberry matcha tonic! It’s refreshingly perfect for summer in its subtle earthy yet vibrant flavors. Those who visit The Neighbor are always amiable and you’re bound to have a conversation with the most friendly of folks while waiting for your drink. They prioritize customer care and delectable hand-crafted drinks.

We had our wedding reception here a couple night ago and we were amazed by the service Alex provided. She met up with us as many times as we wanted within days to ensure set up would me seamless and helped us execute our dream reception. The drinks were amazing and there is even an option to have a champagne tower. They switched out our buffet style catered food and made sure everything was stocked at all Times. Leftovers were even boxed up for us and kept in fridges to pick up the next morning. The getting ready suite was huge and awesome for keeping gifts or any jackets you didn't want to carry. The venue was so spacious and we had around 120 people there. They had bartenders serve wine and beer upon entry to create a buffer for the bar and everyone loved it. I can not say enough good things about this place and the owners! Thank you guys so much for a perfect night!

Whoa! What a find! I was in seldom visited (for me) Ft. Collins and needed a place to work on wifi. A quick search showed a 4.8 star coffee shop so I have it a try. What a pleasant surprise. Great coffee, plenty of space, very friendly staff, "beautiful people everywhere".

These people KNOW how to do hospitality! Every time I walk in, I feel seen and cared for. I can’t say enough good things about this place: Their breakfast burritos are amazing, Color Coffee is my new baseline for good coffee, the events are so fun, and the bar is usually opened during events so you can get a beverage. I love that it’s not your stereotypical concert venue—it feels cozier. This has become my go-to coffee shop and event space!

UPDATE...122025 Today I visited and found x The Breakfast Club menu. I had the Shakshuka, which was AMAZING! Wonderful new spot for a drink, coffee, friends and events. Cameron and Alex have created a fantastic space. Had their baguette sandwich today and it's literally a footlong! Great bread, prosciutto and other wonderful ingredients. Nice thing is that they have some already made at the front counter and they're the perfect temperature. When it comes to prosciutto one doesn't want it to be super cold or hard.
